How It Works
Drawing or sample review
A dimensioned drawing, a 3D file or the worn original is enough to begin. Load, speed and operating temperature decide the internal design.
Design confirmation
Internal geometry, cage material, clearance and precision class are agreed in writing before tooling.
Sample before series
A first article is produced and measured before a series run, so the fit is proved on the machine.
Repeatable supply
Once approved, the drawing and process stay on file so the repeat order matches the first one.
