How long does this take

Identification and quotation normally come back within a working day or two. Production lead time depends on the item and is confirmed in writing with the quotation.

What information should I send first

Whatever you already have: a designation, an OEM number, a photograph of the part, or bore, outside diameter and width measured with a caliper, together with the machine make and model.

Is there a charge for identification

No. Identification and quotation are part of the enquiry.

Can this run alongside an existing supplier
