How It Works
Site list review
Send the bearing and seal list from the machine card. Every line is checked for current availability and for lines that have been superseded.
Stock and lead time marked per line
Items available from stock are marked separately from items that need production, so the shutdown can be planned around the real dates.
Delivery split to suit the shutdown
Stock items can move by express while the produced items follow by sea or rail.
The list stays on file
A repeat of the same list does not need to be re-identified the following year.
