Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings 80TP134 Includes two flat-hardened, ground- steel washers with a cage retainer holding one or more controlled contour rollers in each pocket.80TP134 bearing longer rollers are placed in alternate positions in adjacent pockets.

Materials
GCr15, GCr15SiMn ,Chrome steel. GCr15 is the standard high carbon chrome bearing steel, and GCr15SiMn adds silicon and manganese so that larger rings harden through the section. Case carburised grades are used where shock loading is high.

Use Guide
Fitting And Service Notes
- Check the shaft and housing seats for size, roundness and damage before opening the packaging.
- Push mounting force through the ring that carries the interference fit, never through the rolling elements.
- Where heat mounting is used, keep the bearing below roughly 120 degrees Celsius and never apply a flame.
- Set clearance or preload as the machine drawing specifies, then fill with the specified lubricant.
- Turn the assembly by hand and listen before the machine is started.
