How many arches make a walkway?
Enough that the perspective closes up as you look down it. Four or five is usually the minimum for the effect to register.
Do all the arches have to be identical?
For the perspective to work, yes. That is why they are produced as one batch from one jig.
Can we extend it later?
Yes, if the sample and jig are retained. Tell us at the outset that extension is likely.
