The Challenge
Mall decoration competes with bright ambient lighting, goes in and out around trading hours, and is judged on how well it photographs with shoppers standing in front of it.

Our Solution
A grouped scene rather than a single object — a dressed tree with 3D motif figures, gift boxes and a sleigh, arranged inside a low fence so shoppers can photograph into it without entering.
Supply Chain Coordination
The scene was trial-assembled and photographed in the factory, then broken down and crated with an assembly sequence so the centre's own contractor could rebuild it.
Quality Control
Light-up test on every figure, ageing test on all wiring, and a full-scene assembly check before packing.
