A hospitality venue dressing its outdoor pavilion and circulation areas for evening use. The venue is not named.
The Challenge
Hospitality lighting is installed around guests and judged on atmosphere rather than brightness. It has to look warm and deliberate in photographs, stay out of the way physically, and survive being outdoors permanently.

Our Solution
Warm white garland string wrapped through the pavilion structures, with the cable colour chosen to disappear against the frames and the runs planned so each pavilion feeds from a single point.
Supply Chain Coordination
Runs were made to the measured lengths and labelled per pavilion, so each structure was dressed from one coil with no mid-run joins in view.
Quality Control
Connector waterproof testing, continuity and brightness checks over the full run length, and an ageing test under current before coiling.

Bulb spacing fixed across the site so every pavilion matches
Cable colour selected against the structure finish
Bullet caps glued and cased on the automated line
Connectors glued with rubber rings and tested to IP65
Ageing test under current, then coiled and labelled by position

The photograph shows the pavilions in use at night, lit warm white with guests circulating underneath.
