Where Buyers Lose Time and Money
Machining away material you paid for
A drawn or rolled profile arrives close to net shape. Cold drawn sections hold size below 0.05 mm, so many parts skip grinding entirely.

Forging, heat treatment, machining and fabrication run as one order here, which is where the one stop route saves both time and cost.
A drawing with no steel grade on it
If the grade is not determined by the customer, our engineers advise one based on the application area and the mechanical properties required.
Committing to volume before seeing a part
We produce samples first and let the buyer inspect and test them. Volume production is arranged only after that.
Parts too large for the local machine shop
Our CNC machining centre includes a 5-axis machine and is set up to manufacture big components.
Sections no catalogue carries
Hot rolling reaches 7000 mm2 of cross section and 12 m bars. Cold drawing reaches 3800 mm2 with Ra below 2.5 um.

How a Job Runs From Drawing to Delivery
Send a CAD or SolidWorks drawing. We advise the steel grade if you have not fixed one, make samples for your inspection and testing, then run volume production with cutting, machining and surface treatment included.

What is the minimum information you need to quote a custom profile?
A CAD or SolidWorks drawing of the cross section with the tolerances that matter, the length or cut length, and the quantity. If the steel grade is not fixed, our engineers advise one.
Do you supply samples before volume production?
Yes. We produce samples and let the buyer inspect and test them, and volume production is arranged after approval.
Can you handle forging, heat treatment and machining together?
Yes. One stop shopping covers forging or casting, heat treatment, machining and fabrication, which saves time and cost greatly.
Which steel grades can you work with?
