How This Runs From Enquiry to Delivery
Requirement review
You send a drawing or a specific requirement. We check the geometry against what each forming route can produce, hot rolling, cold drawing, cold rolling or hot extrusion.
Material selection
If the steel grade is not determined by the customer, our engineers advise an appropriate material depending on the application area and the requirements on the mechanical properties of the product.
Tooling
The die or roll set is made for your cross section.
Sampling
We produce samples and let the buyer inspect and test them.
Volume production
Once the sample is approved, volume production is arranged.
Further processing
Cutting, machining, surface treatment, straightening and heat treatment are added where the part needs them.

Our engineers advise an appropriate material based on the application area and the mechanical properties required for the product.
Will I see a sample before production?
Yes. We produce samples first, the buyer inspects and tests them, and volume production follows approval.
