What is the minimum order quantity

Most ranges start at 500 kg. Carbon steel cut wire shot starts at 1,000 kg. That is low enough to run a trial batch on your own parts before committing to volume.

How is the media packed

Standard packing is 25 kg per bag with 40 bags on a pallet. Aluminium cut wire shot is packed 10 kg per bag with 100 bags on a pallet. Zinc shot balls can be supplied in 25 kg bags, 1 ton pallets or ton bags.

How long is the lead time

Delivery time is stated as 3 days for most ranges and 1 to 7 days for the stainless steel shot lines. Supply ability is 500,000 kg per month, and 1,000,000 kg on the stainless steel shot lines.

Which media should I use on aluminium and zinc castings

Use stainless steel, zinc or aluminium media. Carbon steel media leaves iron on non-ferrous parts, which rusts and forces an acid pickling step. Stainless media leaves the surface bright with no further acid treatment needed.

What standards do you produce to

All products are strictly executed to AMS 2431/8A, MIL-S-13165C, DIN 8201, VDFI 8001, SAE J441 and DQML 001-2008. Certification listed on the stainless steel shot lines is SGS.

Can you supply a size that is not on the datasheet

Yes. Every product page states that other sizes can be customized. Send the size, the alloy and the shape you need on WhatsApp or by email and we will confirm feasibility.

T/T on all ranges, with Western Union also accepted on the stainless steel shot lines.
