Use Guide
- Check the substrate first. This is a ferrous range, intended for steel parts and for peening steel components.
- Match the grain size to the feature. Smaller grains give more impacts per kilogram and a finer finish. Larger grains carry more energy per impact.
- Match the shape to the job. As-cut cuts harder and reaches corners. Conditioned is used for peening and for a matte finish.
- Run a trial batch. Minimum order is on request, which is low enough to prove the media on your own parts before volume.
- Store dry. Keep bags on the pallet and off the floor until the media goes into the machine.
