- Control media condition. Cut wire keeps its mass longer than cast shot, which keeps the intensity stable.

How do I pick the grain size
Smaller grains give more impacts per kilogram and a finer finish. Larger grains carry more energy per impact. The published size range for each alloy is on the product pages, and every product states that other sizes can be customized.
Which alloy is safe on my part
Non-ferrous parts need stainless, aluminium, zinc or copper media, because carbon steel media leaves iron that rusts. Steel parts can take carbon steel cut wire shot.
Can I trial before switching
Yes. Minimum order is 500 kg on most ranges and 1,000 kg on carbon steel cut wire shot, which is low enough to run the media on real parts first.
What is the lead time
3 days on most ranges and 1 to 7 days on the stainless steel shot lines, with supply ability of 500,000 kg per month.
