Hand Trucks and Sack Trucks for Boxed and Drum Loads

Two wheels, a toe plate and a back — the cheapest way to move a stack without a forklift.

Overview

About This Family

A hand truck turns a dead-lift into a tilt and a roll. The toe plate slides under the load, the operator tips the stack onto the axle, and the weight sits on the wheels rather than on anyone's back.

The HT60 series covers straight-back trucks for warehouse and delivery work, published with rated capacity, wheel size and overall body dimensions.

Problems It Solves

What Goes Wrong Without the Right Hand Truck

Problem 1

Boxed goods get carried by hand over the last twenty metres because no truck fits through the door.

Problem 2

Hard wheels on a loaded truck jar the operator and the goods over kerbs and thresholds.

Problem 3

Trucks bought as a job lot arrive with four different wheel sizes, so no spare fits more than one unit.

Who It Is For

Buyers This Family Is Built Around

Distribution and last-mile delivery

Drivers need a truck that clears a tail lift and rolls over kerbs without a second person.

Warehouse and stockroom teams

Picking and replenishment at heights and in aisles where a pallet truck cannot go.

Beverage and cylinder handling

Drums, kegs and gas bottles that must stay upright and controlled on the tilt.

Key Benefits

What the Published Specification Gives You

Capacity published per model

Rated load is listed against the model number rather than as a range for the series.

Pneumatic options for rough ground

Air wheels in the 16 inch class absorb kerbs and cobbles that would stop a hard-wheeled truck.

Body dimensions given in full

Height, width and depth are published so you can check the truck against a tail-lift or a lift car before ordering.

Shares the Renwei wheel programme

Replacement wheels come from the same rubber, PU and EVA wheel ranges used across the carts.

Application Scenarios

Where These Are Used

Van and tail-lift delivery

Loading and unloading at the kerb without a second operator.

Retail back-of-house

Cage-to-shelf replenishment through staff doors.

Events and hospitality

Crates, kegs and staging moved across mixed surfaces.

Workshop and plant

Toolboxes, drums and spares moved between bays.

Selection Guide

How to Choose Within This Family

  • Measure the narrowest doorway and the lift car before choosing a body width — the toe plate is rarely the limiting dimension.
  • Choose pneumatic wheels for kerbs and yards, solid wheels for smooth indoor floors and for anywhere punctures are hard to fix.
  • If the truck will be stored on a vehicle, check the own weight as well as the capacity.

What is not published

Minimum order quantity, lead time, payment terms, warranty and certifications are not published by Renwei, so none of them are stated on this site. Ask for them in writing with your model list before you plan a shipment.

Questions Buyers Ask

Hand Truck Questions

What does 16*650-8 Air mean on the wheel line?

It is a pneumatic wheel of 16 inch overall diameter, 6.50 inch section, mounted on an 8 inch rim. The same size is sold as a separate wheel on this site so replacements match.

What capacity do the hand trucks carry?

Capacity is published per model — the HT6000 is listed at 300kg. Where a model in the catalogue shows no capacity figure, the source site did not publish one and it is marked TBC rather than estimated.

Can the trucks be supplied in our own colour?

Colour and branding are handled as an OEM request. Send the model number and your finish requirement by WhatsApp or email and Renwei will confirm what is possible.

Do you supply a folding or convertible hand truck?

The published HT60 range is straight-back. If you need a convertible or folding frame, send the specification you are working to and ask whether it can be produced.
