Trucks Trolleys and Casters for Warehouse and Logistics Operations
High-cycle equipment on hard floors — where caster specification decides the maintenance bill.
In a warehouse the equipment runs all day, every day, on one floor type. That makes it the easiest environment to specify well and the most expensive one to get wrong.
Renwei supplies hand trucks, platform trucks, service carts and the full caster ladder from light duty through cast iron cored heavy duty.
What Costs This Industry Money
Casters specified on total load
Dividing the load by four assumes a perfectly flat floor. In practice three casters carry it and the set runs overloaded.
Floor joints and dock plates
Small wheels stop dead at every threshold and the operator lifts instead of rolls.
Marked floors
Hard wheels leave tracks on epoxy and vinyl that the facilities team then has to remove.
Spares held as complete casters
Whole caster assemblies scrapped when only the wheel had worn.
Requirements That Follow From Those Problems
- Caster capacity published per wheel diameter, not as one headline figure
- Larger wheels for floors with joints, dock plates and cable covers
- Non-marking PU and TPR options for finished floors
- Wheel-only spares so a good bracket stays in service

What Renwei Brings to This Industry
Claims about factory size, capacity, certification and lead time are not published by the company, so they are not made here. Everything below is checkable against the catalogue or the company's own statements.
- Casters published with material, diameter, width, overall height and capacity per diameter
- Wheel-only lines for rebuilding rather than replacing
- Hand trucks and platform trucks published with deck size and rated load
- One supplier for trucks and for the casters under them

Warehousing and Logistics Questions
How should caster capacity be calculated?
Take the total loaded weight and divide by three rather than four, because on a real floor only three casters carry the load at any moment. Add a margin for shock loading, then choose a caster whose published capacity at your wheel diameter exceeds that number.
Which caster material will not mark an epoxy floor?
Polyurethane and TPR are the non-marking options. Nylon, PP and cast iron carry more per wheel but will mark finished floors and transmit more noise.
Can we buy just the wheels rather than complete casters?
Yes. The caster wheel category lists wheels without brackets, which is usually all that is needed since the wheel is what wears.
