The AQ-RD Embossed Cotton Pads Machine produces round embossed makeup remover pads at 300 to 400 pieces per minute. The line transfers raw material, roll cuts the pads, pushes them into a stainless steel output tube, collects waste and delivers counted stacks ready for packing. A space-saving roll cutting mould with adjustable gap, adjustable tension control and an imported frequency converter keep pad edges clean and the line stable through long runs.
