Custom Neon Flex And Wall Washer
Neon flex and wall washers are chosen on three things that rarely appear together: which way the body bends, how short it can be cut, and whether there is a lens controlling the beam. We build the combinations that a project actually needs.

Every Stage And The Problem It Solves
A project is a sequence of problems. This is the order they arrive in and what we do about each one.
01
Define The Geometry
The problem: A detail drawn as a curve gets built as straight sections when the material will not bend.
How we handle it: Top bend, side bend and 3D bending bodies are available, so the run follows the drawing.

Set The Beam
The problem: An unlensed neon glows in every direction and wastes most of its output.
How we handle it: Lens angles from 15 degrees to 35 x 65 degrees are selected against the mounting offset and the target wash height.

Choose The Section
The problem: A body that does not fit the channel means the channel gets rebuilt.
How we handle it: Sections run from 6 x 14 mm up to 15 x 16 mm, so the product fits the detail rather than the other way round.

Choose The Control
The problem: Control systems are often specified after the fixture, which locks the project in.
How we handle it: Single colour, dual colour, RGB, RGBW, SPI and DMX-AB builds share the same bodies.

Seal And Cut
The problem: An IP67 product loses its rating at the first unsealed cut.
How we handle it: Free cutting and fixed cut unit builds are both available, and every cut is specified with an end cap method.

Verify On Site
The problem: Wall texture changes the visible result more than any datasheet figure.
How we handle it: We recommend a mock up on the real surface before the full run is manufactured.

What bending directions are available?
Top bend, side bend and 3D bending, depending on the product.
Can a lensed wall washer bend in any direction?
Yes, the 3D bending wall washer neon flex does exactly that and washes over 3 to 5 metres.
How short can a neon flex be cut?
Free cutting builds cut at any length. Fixed cut builds use 50 mm or 100 mm units depending on the colour build.
