LED Component Supply
We have our own sub-brand factory producing LED components, which can be designed according to a customer specific request. For a module or strip customer that means the emitter is part of the design conversation rather than a constraint handed down from the open market.

Every Stage And The Problem It Solves
A project is a sequence of problems. This is the order they arrive in and what we do about each one.

Specify The Emitter
The problem: Open market packages force the board design to work around whatever bin is available.
How we handle it: Package size, colour point, CRI grade and drive characteristics are specified as part of the project.

Match The Board
The problem: An emitter chosen in isolation can make the board thermally or electrically awkward.
How we handle it: Emitter and board are designed together, which is how the range reaches 207 lm/W on a 280 x 40 mm board.

Control The Colour Point
The problem: Bin drift between production runs is what makes a second order look different from the first.
How we handle it: Components are produced and binned to the project specification rather than bought against a general bin code.

Hold Supply Continuity
The problem: A discontinued package means a redesign, not a substitution.
How we handle it: Producing the component in house keeps the specification available for repeat orders.

Integrate Into The Product
The problem: The component only matters once it is in a finished module, strip or luminaire.
How we handle it: The same components feed the module, strip, neon flex and luminaire lines across the range.

Do you manufacture your own LED components?
Yes, through our own sub-brand factory, and they can be designed to a customer specific request.
Which LED packages are used across the range?
2110, 2216, 2835, 3030, 3535 and 5050, plus COB.
Can a specific colour point be held across repeat orders?
Producing the component in house is what makes that practical. Confirm the requirement with the enquiry.
