Integrated pharmaceutical packaging line with Victor Machinery
Injection blow moulding and AI inspection running as one connected line at the 91st China International Pharmaceutical exhibition in Xi'an.
Jiangsu Victor Machinery Co., Ltd. and KeyeTech showed a connected line at the 91st China International Pharmaceutical Raw Materials, Intermediates, Packaging and Equipment Trade Fair at the Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center, covering the process from injection blowing through to monitoring.
Victor Machinery's energy-saving fully automatic injection blow moulding machine handles PE, PP and PS with a horizontal injection system and servo drive. During production, appearance defects such as black spots and holes can appear because of material and on-site environment interference.
KeyeTech's AI fully automatic visual inspection inspected the incoming bottles for appearance defects including black spots, uneven thickness and dirt, with equipment counting, sorting and online rejection, so the quality checkpoint sat directly after the moulder.
