Questions Buyers Ask Before The First Order

Which laser machine do I need for my material?
CO2 machines cut and engrave non-metals such as acrylic, plywood, MDF, paper, fabric and leather. Fiber machines cut and mark metal. Hybrid machines take both. Tell us the material and thickness and we will name the model instead of the largest machine.
Do you sell to dealers and to end users?
Both. Machines are exported to more than 100 countries and regions including America, Mexico, Colombia, Russia, Brazil, the Philippines and South Africa.
What certification do the machines carry?
We hold a CE certificate for laser cutting machines and a CE certificate for laser marking machines. Copies are sent before shipment on request.
What is the warranty?
Two years on the whole machine. Inside the warranty period accessory quality problems are repaired free of charge and we cover the return postage. After it expires technical support stays free for life.
How quickly do you answer a technical question?
A professional response within 24 hours on pre-sales and after-sales questions, except during statutory holidays. Support runs by email, phone, video and remote connection, with on-site service when it is needed.
How are machines shipped?
By sea, air or international express depending on destination and how fast the line has to start. Every machine is counted and crated after a secondary configuration check.
