OEM and ODM Hose Production
Jason started as a trade company in 2008 and put its own first production line into operation in 2010. Owning the weaving, extrusion and coupling steps is what makes OEM and ODM work practical: colour, print, length, liner and coupling are all decided inside one plant.

Requirement
A specification written against another maker's product often contains figures nobody can verify
We work back from the duty: fluid, pressure, temperature, deployment method and length, then propose the construction that meets it
Material Selection
The wrong liner is the most common cause of early failure
TPU, NBR, EPDM, Viton, natural rubber and PVC are all in production, so the liner is chosen on duty rather than on what is available
Design and Sample
Buyers cannot commit to volume on a drawing alone
Samples are produced to your colour and print so the hose can be tested against your current supply before an order is placed
Production
Split supply chains mean hose and couplings arrive separately and do not match
Weaving, extrusion and coupling casting or forging run in the same plant, so assemblies are made and matched together
Testing
Defects found by the customer are far more expensive than defects found in the plant
All layflat hose is tested at 1.5 times working pressure for 2 hours before packing
Traceability
A field failure with no production record cannot be investigated
Every hose carries a trace number covering production date, production employees and raw material sources
Delivery
Seasonal products are worthless if they arrive after the season
Delivery dates are scheduled into production, as on a repeat order of 300 rolls of snow making hose for a Beijing Winter Olympics ski resort
