Hose Coupling
Drag Hose Coupling
The drag hose coupling connects a drag hose to the applicator in umbilical slurry and liquid fertiliser work, where the joint is pulled across a field while it is under pressure.

Solution
Most hose failures in the field happen at the joint, not in the middle of the length. Making hose and couplings in one plant means the coupling is matched to the actual hose outside diameter and wall, and the assembly is tested as one item.
Process
Each step below pairs a real failure mode with what we do about it, rather than describing a generic workflow.
Selection
We make Storz to DIN14301 and DIN14303, camlock to MIL-C-27487F, plus Bauer, multilug, quick VIC and drag hose couplings
Material Matching
Aluminium, 6061-T6 alloy, brass, galvanised steel, stainless steel and PP are all produced, chosen against the fluid and environment
Manufacturing
Couplings are cast or forged in our own production, with surface anodisation on the aluminium ranges
Fitting
Assemblies are made up in the plant so the clamping load and seating are correct before the hose ships
Testing
The assembly is pressure tested as one item at 1.5 times working pressure for 2 hours

Hose Coupling
The multilug coupling is a large bore aluminium coupling made in 6 to 12 inch (DN150 to DN300), used across firefighting, oil and gas, agriculture and industry.

Hose Coupling
The Storz self-locking coupling is a fire hose connection with a built-in locking mechanism, so no separate locking device or tool is needed to make a secure joint.

Hose Coupling
Quick VIC couplings and clamps connect hose across fire protection, industrial and commercial systems.

Hose Coupling
The Bauer coupling is a quick release coupling for agriculture and industry, cast in galvanised or stainless steel and made in 2 inch to 12 inch.

Hose Coupling
The camlock coupling connects and disconnects hose and pipe with two cam arms, no tools and no threading.

Yes. Hose and couplings are made in the same plant and supplied as complete assemblies.
Quick VIC in 4 to 16 inch, made in 6061-T6 aluminium for this duty.
Yes, in the Bauer, camlock and Storz ranges.
Send the fluid and the environment. Aluminium is lighter and anodised, steel is chosen where abrasion or corrosion would defeat aluminium.
