A Layflat Hose Factory That Started as a Fire Hose Trader
Jason was established in 2008 selling fire hose. In 2010 we put our own first production line into operation, and in 2015 we developed the extrusion through the weave TPU hose that the business now runs on.

What the Company Does Today
Jason manufactures TPU, NBR and PVC layflat hose, PVC suction hose, fire hose and cast or forged couplings. Hose size can be from 1/2 inch to 30 inch. Products have been exported to more than 50 countries across firefighting and emergency, agriculture, construction, oil and gas, water wells and mining.

Founded
Jason was established as a trade company focused on fire hose sales.

Jason started to produce layflat hose in house. The first production line was put into operation.

Control Points at the Start and the End
Jason states that it is committed to meeting or exceeding international standards including NFPA, BS6391, EN14540, UL19, FM, NSF and ABNT, and that most products have passed CE, FM, UL, EN and Kitemark certification. Current certificate scope for a specific product is confirmed on request.

- Yarn strength and skein consistency verified before weaving
- Every manufacturing process complies with the ISO 9001 standard
- All hoses tested at the test pressure
- Layflat hose held at 1.5 times working pressure for 2 hours before shipment

- Raw material approval by the Department of Quality Control before production
- Pressure test at the test pressure on all hoses
