Acrylic face with stainless steel or aluminium returns is expensive and subtractive fabrication cuts waste out of every sheet. A 272 x 300 x 30 mm letter A needs 37 meters of filament, which is 111 grams.

Bending and welding need skilled people. Printing is automatic, so one worker can manage around 10 sign printers, and the machines can run 24 hours a day.

Design Limits That Lose Orders
Traditional fabrication gives a single face colour, a single side colour, a flat face and straight sides. Printing gives multi colour faces, mesh faces, bevelled and curved sides.

Signs That Do Not Survive Outdoors
PLA and ABS are not UV resistant and are unsuitable for outdoor use. PETG-S is UV resistant, waterproof and works from minus 40 to 70 degrees for 5 to 10 years outdoors.

What is the minimum order quantity
Basically there is no MOQ. You can buy 1 set of printer, 1 roll of filament or 1 piece of accessory. OEM branding on printers has a minimum of 10 sets and a custom filament colour has a minimum of 100 rolls.
What is the lead time
7 to 30 days according to the product and the quantity. Sign printer production is around 20 to 25 days.
Which price terms do you offer
EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. Under DDP we deliver to your warehouse or office and handle customs clearance where needed.
What is the payment term
Telegraphic transfer, 30 percent deposit and 70 percent balance.
How do you ship
By sea, by air or by train, as you prefer. Containers are usually loaded in Shanghai, Guangzhou or Shenzhen and can be shipped to any seaport in the world.
How is everything packed
Sign printers in fumigation free wooden boxes, filament in standard export cartons with each roll vacuum bagged.
Is there a warranty
Yes. Sign printers carry an 18 month quality warranty, other products one year, and technical support is lifetime.
