Project Challenge
Traditional fabrication allows one face colour and one side colour. Producing a set with different colours per letter means separate runs, separate materials and a finish that varies between them.

Our Solution
The whole set was printed with multiple colours across face and return, in a construction that is frontlit and sidelit at once, with no bender no acrylic panel and no liquid acrylic involved.
Manufacturing Process
- Full letter set prepared as vector artwork with per letter colour notes
- Sliced in the Iroga 3D slicing software with colour switch set per letter
- Printed on an LED signage printer with three filament rolls installed
- Letter fronts sides and backs printed and assembled
- IP67 LED strip fitted for combined frontlit and sidelit output
Supply Chain Coordination
One machine one material family and one strip specification across the whole set, which is what keeps the letters matching.
Quality Control
Letter heights checked across the set and every letter lit tested before packing.
Final Result
