Can you produce a single sample before a full set
Yes. Signage is produced in large or small quantity, so a sample letter before a full order is normal.
How do I send my design
Send vector artwork. It is prepared in CorelDRAW, exported as DXF and sliced in the Iroga 3D slicing software before printing.
Is a bending machine involved
No. No bending machine welding machine or acrylic panel is used. The letter front side and back are printed.
How large can a sign be
Up to 1200 x 1200 mm in one piece on the large format machine, or 800 x 800 mm on the smaller one.
Which illumination should I choose
Frontlit is brightest head on. Sidelit reads better when the sign is passed at an angle. Many signs use both.
What material are the signs made from
PETG-S signage filament, printed layer by layer in FDM mode.
