From Artwork to Installed Sign
Every stage between an approved drawing and a lit sign on a wall, and what usually goes wrong at each one. This is the workflow the machines the filament and the slicing software were designed around.

Where It Goes Wrong and What We Do About It
Design
Artwork drawn for a bending machine carries compromises that no longer apply, such as minimum radii and single colour faces.
Draw the letterform you actually want in CorelDRAW. Printing has no bending radius, so script fonts thin strokes and intricate shapes cost the same as simple ones.
File Preparation
A design that cannot be sliced correctly wastes a full print.
Export DXF from CorelDRAW and import it into the Iroga 3D slicing software. Set panel filling, letter height, colour switch and footstep parameters, then check the result in 3D Preview before any material is used.
Material Selection
PLA and ABS are not UV resistant, so a sign printed in them fails outdoors within a season.
PETG-S is specified for signage: UV resistant, waterproof, minus 40 to 70 degrees, good light diffusing and 5 to 10 years of outdoor service. Translucent for faces, opaque for returns.
Printing
A print that lifts from the bed or jams overnight loses both the material and the machine hours.
Spread platform glue over the whole printing area, load up to three filament rolls for multi colour work, and let the filament shortage sensors pause the job rather than run the nozzle dry.
Assembly
Parts made separately rarely fit each other without adjustment.
The letter front and side and the letter back are both exported from the same slicing file, so they match and are simply glued together.
Illumination
Cut and re-soldered strip creates dead segments in tight curves.
Fit the S-shape IP67 strip in one continuous run around the letterform, in the colour temperature chosen for the face colour, before the face is closed.
Quality Control
Faults found on site cost far more than faults found in the workshop.
Lit test every letter, check heights across the set and confirm the face colour against the approved sample before packing.
Packing and Delivery
Damage in transit turns a finished order into a claim.
Machines ship in fumigation free wooden boxes and filament in export cartons with each roll vacuum bagged. Sea air or train, under EXW FOB CIF or DDP terms, with damage in transit covered by replacement or refund.
After Sales
An imported machine with no support becomes an expensive shelf.

What file format do you need
Vector artwork prepared in CorelDRAW and exported as DXF for the slicing software.
Can I see the sign before it prints
Yes. The slicing software has a 3D Preview that shows the colour layout before any material is used.
How are the front and back parts joined
Both are exported from the same slicing file so they match, and they are glued together during assembly.
Who fits the LED strip
The strip goes in during assembly, before the face is closed. We supply IP67 S-shape strip in RGB and three white temperatures.
