Provide a template cut from paper or fabric, or send exact measurements: width across the top, length from hairline to nape, ear to ear over the forehead, ear to ear over the crown, temple to temple around the back, and nape width.
Choose Base Type And Hair Details
The base type affects how the unit feels, moves and looks under light.
Pick from thin skin poly, Swiss lace, French lace, fine welded mono, silk top, hybrid combination or fish net. Then choose hair texture, length, wave, density, colour code and hairstyle.
Confirm The Design Before Production
Once production starts, changes are not possible.
We send a digital mock-up of the unit with your chosen base, hair length, colour and style. You confirm or request changes before we begin.
Production Time Depends On Your Deadline
Some orders need to be ready in weeks, not months.
Regular: 8 to 10 weeks. Rush: 6 to 8 weeks. Double rush: 4 to 5 weeks. Crazy rush: 15 to 23 days. Extra long hair, silk top or heavy density may take longer - confirm with customer service first.
Receive And Check Before Wearing
A custom unit is not returnable after it's worn, cut or styled.
Open the parcel and check the base, hair colour, density and fit. If it's unworn and unaltered, you can return it within 30 days - but a 50 percent service fee applies.

How long does it take to make a custom unit?
Regular production: 8 to 10 weeks. Rush: 6 to 8 weeks. Double rush: 4 to 5 weeks. Crazy rush: 15 to 23 days. Extra long hair, silk top or heavy density may extend the time - confirm with customer service.
Can I return a custom unit if it doesn't fit?
Yes, within 30 days if it has not been worn, cut, styled, coloured or washed. A 50 percent service fee applies. We do not refund the full amount.
What if I cancel my custom order?
If cancelled before production starts, 50 percent of the payment is returned. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
Can I get a photo or video of the finished unit before it ships?
Yes. We send a digital mock-up for approval before production. If you want a photo of the actual unit, we can provide it before dispatch - just ask.
Is shipping free for custom units?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping applies to all custom units, delivered by DHL or FedEx.
What if the unit has a fault?
Send a photo or video. We repair it if possible. If not, we replace it at no cost.
