We Confirm Stock
We check the unit against stock and tell you the real dispatch date before you book the client in.
Cut Or Ship
Stock units go out within 24 hours. If you want the base cut to a template first, allow 2 to 5 extra working days.
Reorder From File
Give us the same client reference and we build the next unit to the same template and colour.

Can you cut the base to my client's template before shipping?
Yes. Send the template or the measurements and we cut before dispatch. Add 2 to 5 working days to the normal 24 hour dispatch.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum for stock units. Wholesale pricing starts at 10 or more items.
How fast can a custom unit be made?
Regular production is 8 to 10 weeks. Rush is 6 to 8 weeks, double rush 4 to 5 weeks, and crazy rush 15 to 23 days. Silk top, extra long hair and very heavy density can fall outside those windows, so ask before you promise a date.
Can I order under my own brand?
Yes. We offer OEM production and packaging design and customisation, and we can arrange a factory inspection.
What happens if a unit has a fault?
Send photos or video. If a custom unit is faulty we repair it, and if it cannot be repaired we make a replacement. We cover the return cost on quality issues.
Which base should I stock first?
Most salons start with a thin skin and a fine welded mono in the two most common colour codes, then add lace once they know how many clients need breathability.
