How fast can a custom unit be made?
Regular production is 8 to 10 weeks. Rush is 6 to 8 weeks, double rush 4 to 5 weeks, and crazy rush 15 to 23 days. Very heavy density, extra long hair, or silk top may vary - ask before confirming a date.
Can I order under my own brand?
Yes. We offer OEM production, packaging design, custom branding, and factory inspection services.
What happens if a unit has a fault?
Send photos or video. If a custom unit is faulty, we repair it. If repair is not possible, we make a replacement. We cover return shipping for quality issues.
