What a realistic date looks like for a stock unit and for a custom build, and how long the parcel takes once it leaves us.
Custom Production Time
These schedules cover most hair systems. Silk top units, extra long hair and extra heavy density can fall outside them, so ask customer service before you place the order if you are working to a date.

Dispatch Of Stock Units
Shipment takes place within 24 hours on working days. If you would like us to cut the base size down, or cut and style the hair before shipment, allow an additional 2 to 5 working days.
Transit Times By Region
We ship with DHL, FedEx and comparable carriers, which reach most countries within about 4 to 7 business days. For some regions another express or postal service is used and the time depends on the route.

Shipping Cost And Customs
Shipping is free worldwide on all hair system products. Customs clearance costs in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I pay to make a custom unit faster?
Yes. Rush, double rush and crazy rush schedules shorten production to 6 to 8 weeks, 4 to 5 weeks and 15 to 23 days respectively. Ask before ordering, because not every construction can be rushed.
Does the 24 hour dispatch include cutting?
No. Cutting the base to a template or cutting and styling the hair adds 2 to 5 working days before dispatch.
Who pays import duty?
The customer. Shipping itself is free worldwide on hair system products.
Can you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. For regions the express carriers do not cover well we use another express or a postal service, and the transit time depends on the route.
