The Hairline Gives It Away
Dark knots sitting on lace read as dots in daylight. A V-loop front has no knot at all, and bleached knots lighten the ones that remain, which is why thin skin and lace front units can be combed back.
The Unit Runs Hot
A full poly base seals the scalp. If you work outdoors or train, Swiss or French lace and fine welded mono breathe far better, at the cost of a slightly less seamless front.
The Perimeter Sheds Early
Lace loses knots faster than mono under brushing and washing. A fine welded mono base, or a hybrid with an NPU perimeter, holds up to daily handling.
The Colour Never Matches Twice
Ordering by eye fails on reorder. Ordering by code - 1B# through 613#, with grey as a blend such as 1B30# - is repeatable a year later.
The Base Does Not Fit
A stock base is a rectangle and a head is not. Send a template or your measurements and we cut the base before dispatch, or build the whole unit to your own outline.

Are you a factory or a reseller?
We are a manufacturer of knotted hair products, registered in China in 2011 with our own import and export licence, with separate workshops for hair replacement systems, wigs and hair extensions.
How fast can I actually get a unit?
A stock unit is dispatched within 24 hours on working days. Transit is usually 4 to 8 working days to Asia, Europe and North America, 4 to 9 to Oceania, 7 to 10 to Africa and 10 to 12 to South America.
What does a custom unit cost in time?
Regular production is 8 to 10 weeks, rush is 6 to 8 weeks, double rush is 4 to 5 weeks and crazy rush is 15 to 23 days. Silk top, extra long hair and very heavy density can sit outside those windows, so ask before you commit to a date.
Is shipping charged separately?
Shipping is free worldwide on hair system products, sent with DHL, FedEx or a comparable service. Customs clearance costs in your own country are yours to pay.
Can I return a unit that is not right?
Stock units can be returned within 30 days provided they have not been cut, styled, coloured, washed or worn. Custom units can be returned within 30 days only if unworn and unaltered, and a refund carries a 50 percent service fee.
Do you sell wholesale or under my own brand?
Yes. Wholesale pricing starts at 10 or more items, and we offer OEM production, factory inspection, quality testing and packaging design and customisation.
Which base type should a first-time wearer choose?
Most people start with a 0.06mm to 0.08mm thin skin for the most natural front, or a fine welded mono if durability matters more than an invisible parting. Send a photo and we will say which one fits your hair loss pattern.
