What base type is best for daily wear in hot weather?
French lace and Swiss lace offer the best breathability. Thin skin and fish net are less breathable but more invisible. Fine welded mono lasts longer but feels stiffer.
How do I match my grey hair colour?
We use a full colour system from 1# jet black to 613#, including grey blends like 1B10#, 1B30#, and 1B65#. The code stays consistent across orders.
How long does a custom unit take?
Regular production is 8 to 10 weeks. Rush options are 15 to 23 days. Silk top, extra long hair, and very high density may take longer - ask before confirming a date.
Can I return a unit if it doesn't fit?
Yes. Return unused, uncut, uncoloured, unwashed units within 30 days. We cover return shipping for quality issues.

Yes. Once you order a custom unit, we save your template and colour code. Next time, just send your reference number and we rebuild it exactly.
