What The Customer Needed
A 3-120 psi output is not a stock configuration. The customer needed the high range in quantity, under their own label, and needed confidence that the units would hold calibration across the whole span rather than only at the ends.
How It Was Built
The 500-AH was built to the published selection table at 260 ohms impedance, and the span adjustment headroom was checked on each unit, since the large span adjustment on this range allows recalibration out to 3-145 psig on the 2-120 psig unit.
What The Photographs Show
Calibration was carried out across the full span rather than at two points only, with intermediate currents checked against the output. The photographs show the batch arranged for that extended check.
