What We Make

Crop Packaging For The Days That Decide A Harvest

We extrude and convert the plastics that hold a harvest together: round module cotton wrap, bale net wrap, silage wrap film, silage and grain bags, baler twine and pallet net wrap, plus the cotton picker wear parts that keep a harvester running.

Who We Serve

Importers Distributors And Farms

Importers, farm supply distributors, cotton gins, contract balers, dairy and beef operations and packaging wholesalers in North America, Europe and Australia.

What Problem We Solve

Downtime In A Harvest Window

A harvest window is measured in days. Film that tears on the wrap arm, net that runs short of its stated length or twine that snaps in the knotter turns those days into downtime and spoiled crop. Every product we make is specified around that one risk.

Why Buy From Us

One Plant And Our Own Patents

We have manufactured crop packaging since 2007 under one roof in Changzhou, hold our own patents on cotton module wrap film, and ship without a minimum order quantity so a distributor can test a container before committing to a season.

Made In One Plant

Film blowing, coating, slitting and winding all happen in our Changzhou facility, so a roll problem is traced back to a shift and a line rather than to a trading partner.

No Minimum Order Quantity

There is no MOQ on any product. Order volume changes your freight cost per roll, not your right to buy, so a first season trial is possible.

Payment Terms Buyers Know

30 percent down payment with the balance due before shipment, the same terms on a trial pallet and on a full container.

We Carry Quality Cost

If a quality problem originates with us we carry the responsibility and the expense that follows from it.

Inside The Plant

From Film Blowing To The Container Door

Extrusion, coating, slitting, winding and packing happen on one site in Changzhou, which is why a roll question can be traced back to a line and a shift.

FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Before The First Order

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity on any product. Order volume does change the shipping cost per unit considerably, so we will usually suggest a quantity that makes the freight sensible.

What are your payment terms?

30 percent down payment with the balance settled before shipment.

How long is your lead time?

Within 20 days, depending on the production plan at the time the order is confirmed.

What happens if there is a quality problem?

How long can cotton wrap film be stored?

At least two years in a warehouse, and the film lasts at least six months outdoors once it is on a module.

Which countries do you already export to?

Crop packaging has been exported in volume to the United States, Canada, Ireland and Australia, and TS-WRAP cotton wrap has been in field use in Brazil, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Mexico, China and Australia since 2020.

Send Us Your Season Plan And We Will Quote It

Tell us the machines you run, the sizes you need and the volume you expect. There is no minimum order quantity, so a trial pallet is a normal way to start.
