Export Logistics And Container Loading
Crop packaging is bulky and light, which means container volume runs out long before weight does. We have been loading these products for export since 2007 and plan the container from known pallet footprints rather than working it out at the dock.

Each stage below names the problem buyers actually hit, then what we do about it.
Pallet Planning
Mixed products stack badly and waste cubic metres.
Every product has a known pallet footprint. Cotton wrap, for example, palletises at nine rolls on a 2.85 m by 75 cm by 90 cm base.
Protective Packing
Consumables arrive scuffed or wet and cannot be sold as new.
Net wrap ships in weatherproof bags sealed at both ends, film and twine in cartons or buckets, then stretch wrapped on the pallet.
Documentation
Paperwork errors hold a container at the port.
Export documentation is handled by Changzhou Liangsen Imp and Exp Co Ltd, the export arm working alongside the plant.
Consolidation
Several small orders shipped separately cost more than they should.
Film, net, twine and bags are produced in the same plant, so a season order consolidates into one container.
Scheduling
Stock arriving after the season has already started.
Production within 20 days plus your sailing time works backwards from your first field day, and we plan the order date from that.
Arrival Support
A discrepancy found at unloading with no route to resolve it.
Photograph the issue on arrival and send it by WhatsApp or email. Responsibility for quality problems that originate with us sits with us.

Which markets do you ship to already?
Large volumes have gone to the United States, Canada, Ireland and Australia, and cotton wrap has been in field use in Brazil, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Mexico, China and Australia since 2020.
Who handles the export paperwork?
Changzhou Liangsen Imp and Exp Co Ltd, our export company, works alongside the plant.
When should I place an order for a season?
Count back 20 days of production plus your sailing time from your first field day, and add margin for the production plan.
