Season Supply Program For Distributors
Most distributors buy net wrap from one supplier, twine from another and film from a third, then spend the season reconciling three lead times. Because film, net, twine and bags are all made in our own plant, they can be planned, produced and loaded as one order.

Each stage below names the problem buyers actually hit, then what we do about it.
Season Planning
Volumes are guessed in spring and corrected in panic in July.
We work back from your bale, module or pallet count to a roll count per product, so the order reflects field volume rather than last year's invoice.
Specification
Sizes that do not match local machines sit in the warehouse unsold.
Every product is made to order for width, length, gsm and colour, including market specific sizes such as the 45 cm Iberian pallet net roll.
Sampling
Committing to a container of an untried product is a real risk.
There is no minimum order quantity, so a trial pallet can run through a working day before the season order is placed.
Production
A supplier who quotes fast then produces slowly costs you the season.
Production runs within 20 days subject to the production plan, and the plan is confirmed when the down payment is received.
Quality Control
Short rolls and out of spec gauge are only discovered in the field.
Length is verified at winding, tensile and gauge are checked against specification, and pallet build is checked before stretch wrapping.
Packing
Consumables damaged in store before they reach the customer.
Net wrap ships in weatherproof bags sealed at both ends, film and twine in cartons or buckets, all palletised for stacking.
Loading
Mixed products load badly and waste container volume.
Pallet footprints are known for every product, so a mixed container is planned on paper before anything is loaded.
After Sales
A quality dispute mid season with no clear owner.
We take responsibility and the expense for problems that arise from our quality, which is stated policy rather than a negotiation.

Can I mix products in one container?
Yes. Film, net, twine and bags are made in the same plant and consolidated into one shipment.
Do I have to commit to a full container?
No. There is no minimum order quantity, although shipping cost per unit falls significantly with volume.
What are the payment terms?
30 percent down payment with the balance settled before shipment.
