About TSPLAS

Making Crop Packaging In Changzhou Since 2007

TSPLAS was founded on 28 May 2002 in Changzhou, Jiangsu, making PE tarps and twines. In 2007 the company moved its focus to crop packaging, and that is what the plant has produced ever since.

Our Legacy

Two Decades In Agricultural Plastics

Founded In Changzhou

Changzhou Tiansheng Plastic Co Ltd was founded on 28 May 2002, producing PE tarp and twine.

2007

Focus Moves To Crop Packaging

Production shifted to crop packaging products: bale net wrap, silage wrap film, grain and silo bags, bunker covers, baler twine and round cotton module wrap. Net wrap exports to the United States, Canada, Australia and Ireland began the same year.

2020

TS-WRAP Cotton Wrap In The Field

TS-WRAP round module cotton wrap entered field use, produced under our own patents after years of research, and has since been used in the United States, China, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Australia, Turkey and Mexico.

Today

Beyond Packaging

As customer demand grew, the range expanded into agricultural machinery accessories and farm accessories, including John Deere cotton picker wear parts and barbed wire fencing.

  • Produce every line to order for width, length, weight and colour
  • Export in container loads through our own import and export company
  • Supply farm accessories and cotton picker wear parts alongside the packaging range

Export Markets

Inside The Plant

Where These Products Are Actually Made

The Changzhou plant. Film blowing, coating, slitting and winding all happen on this one site, which is why a roll fault can be traced back to a line and a shift.
Film blowing line producing agricultural packaging film
Film blowing. Gauge and width are checked during extrusion so a drift is caught on the line rather than after a roll is wound.
Coating line applying the adhesive layer to cotton module wrap film
Coating. The adhesive layer that closes a cotton module wrap tail without tape is applied at this stage.
Finished agricultural film rolls staged in the plant before packing
Finished film rolls staged before packing. Roll diameter and weight are checked against specification before anything is palletised.
Palletised crop packaging stock ready for container loading
Palletised stock ready for loading. Pallet build is checked against the stated roll count before stretch wrapping.

Container loading. Because pallet footprints are known for every line, a mixed season order is planned on paper before it reaches the dock.
Why TSPLAS

What A Buyer Gets From Working With Us

One Plant, One Chain Of Responsibility

Film blowing, coating, slitting and winding all happen in Changzhou, so a quality question is traced back to a line and a shift rather than to a trading partner.

No Minimum Order Quantity

There is no MOQ on any line. Volume changes your freight cost per unit, not your right to buy, which is what makes a first season trial realistic.

Terms That Do Not Change With Order Size

30 percent down payment with the balance before shipment, whether the order is a pallet or a container.

We Carry Quality Cost

We shall be responsible for all the responsibility and expenses arising from a quality problem. That is the position, not an opening offer.
