Any supplier can describe a quality system. What matters to a buyer is what happens on the day a roll is short or a film tears. Our position is stated plainly: we shall be responsible for all the responsibility and expenses arising from a quality problem.

What happens when something is wrong
Each stage below names the problem buyers actually hit, then what we do about it.
Raw Material
Regrind content that is not declared undermines every downstream number.
Net wrap is made from 100 percent virgin HDPE, and film grades are specified before production rather than substituted during it.
In Process Check
Faults found after winding waste a whole roll.
Gauge, width and weight are checked during extrusion and coating so a drift is caught on the line.
Length Verification
Short rolls are the single most common complaint in this trade.
Length is measured at winding against the guaranteed figure, and net wrap carries roll end marking so the operator sees the roll finishing.
Strength Testing
Tensile claims that are never tested.
Net wrap is tested against the guaranteed 2800 N figure and twine against its stated pound rating.
Packing Check
Good product damaged by poor packing.
Bag seals, carton build and pallet count are checked before stretch wrapping and loading.
Claim Handling
Disputes that run past the season and are never settled.
