TS-WRAP Cotton Wrap In United States Field Use Since 2020
Cotton growers and gins in the United States running John Deere onboard module building harvesters, where the round module wrap is consumed by the machine rather than applied afterwards.
The Challenge
Round module wrap has to fit a fixed 2.7 m wrap arm, seal without manual taping, and be available in reliable supply. A film that is close but not exact does not simply perform worse, it does not run.
Customer Pain Points
- A single wrap specification had to cover 7760, CP690 and CP770 machines in the same fleet
- Modules sit on the turn row and then in a gin yard queue, exposed to weather the whole time
- Supply security mattered as much as price, because a mid season switch is not practical
Our Solution
TS-WRAP was produced to one specification at 2.7 m wrap width, 21 m wrap length and 24 wraps per roll, with an adhesive layer engineered to close the tail without tape and a formulation chosen for temperature resistance through a hot picking season. Production runs on our own patents, so supply is not exposed to third party licensing.

Supply Chain Coordination
Rolls palletise nine to a 2.85 m by 75 cm by 90 cm base at 216 wraps per pallet, which makes container volume predictable when a season order is planned.
Quality Control
Wrap length verified at winding, adhesive tail closure checked on production samples, and roll weight and diameter checked against the 100 kg and 25 cm specification.
Result
The film has been in field use in the United States since 2020 and has also been used in China, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Australia, Turkey and Mexico.
Customer Benefit
One wrap specification covers a mixed harvester fleet, wraps per roll are known so module cost can be budgeted per acre, and six colours let a gin yard separate grower lots on sight.
