The moisture stage
When organic waste is added, a humidity sensor detects moisture and the heater turns on, heating the composting tank. Water in the waste evaporates and leaves through the exhaust system as water vapour. Because organic waste contains 70–80% water, 70–80% volume reduction is achieved at this stage alone.
The microbial stage
At the same time TMK’s microorganisms decompose the organic waste into compost, within 24 hours. Together the two stages give 85–90% volume reduction.
Why it is quiet
The process is completely noiseless because there is no crushing or grinding involved in the composting stage itself.

Office complexes, exhibitions, hotels, apartment complexes, IT parks, municipalities, defence facilities and shopping malls. TMK’s range covers capacities from 1 kg to 5 tonnes per day, with in-house design, fabrication, supply, installation and commissioning.
