On-Site Food Composters
Double the daily throughput of the TMK-50 in a cabinet only 230 mm wider. With a capacity to process 40 tonnes of food waste a year, the TMK-100 suits managed residential buildings, restaurants and smaller food manufacturers that have outgrown a single-phase machine.
The problem it solves
Sites in the 100 kg-a-day band are the awkward ones: too much waste for a domestic-scale unit, not enough to justify a plant room. They usually end up paying for extra collections instead.
The TMK-100 keeps the same 21–24 hour cycle and the same one-touch operation as the smaller machine, but steps up to a three-phase AC 380 V / 60 Hz supply and a 3 kW draw to handle twice the load.

Still a cabinet, not a plant. 782 mm deep and 1,100 mm high, so it fits under standard back-of-house headroom.
AC 380 V / 60 Hz supply with an average consumption of 600–700 kWh per month.
Microbes, heat, humidity, agitation and airflow do the work — there is no burning and no greywater discharge.
The tank is held at a minimum of 70 °C for one hour, which TMK states kills 97.3–99.99% of harmful pathogens and bacteria.
Load it, close it, and the controller manages the cycle until the compost is ready.

Throughput and supply. The TMK-50 handles 50–60 kg/day on single-phase AC 220 V; the TMK-100 handles 100–110 kg/day on three-phase AC 380 V at 3 kW.
The machine output is a nutrient-rich compost that can be used for horticultural applications. Large facilities often add a maturation period before sale.
The machine is 1,532 mm wide and 782 mm deep. Add working clearance at the loading hopper and at the discharge side on top of that.
TMK states the composting operation is noiseless and odourless, with no harmful gases released during operation.
