Industrial Composting Systems
The largest of TMK’s standard composting machines: 5,000 kg a day, 1,825 tonnes a year. It is built for large-scale producers of food waste — military bases, large residential complexes, groups of commercial buildings and large events.
The problem it solves
At five tonnes a day nobody is tipping bins by hand. Loading has to be mechanised or the machine becomes a bottleneck that needs a dedicated crew.
The TMK-5000 is supplied with a bin lifter system for food waste input, so the machine is automatic and intelligent and does not need a person to operate it through the cycle.
