Bulk Liquid Logistics
A stainless-steel vessel built inside a strong steel frame for the safe storage and transport of bulk liquids. Certified to meet international ISO standards, so the same unit moves by road, rail and sea without decanting.
The problem it solves
Drummed liquid cargo is handled several times between plant and customer. Every transfer is a chance for contamination, residue loss and a packaging waste stream somebody has to pay to remove.
One certified vessel from origin to destination. Durable, corrosion-resistant and engineered with safety features for both hazardous and non-hazardous liquids — chemicals, food-grade liquids, beverages and oils.
ISO Tank Container sits in the Bulk Liquid Logistics family, rated at 6,000–22,000 litres per tank (10 ft and 20 ft ISO frames).
Features
ISO certification means global compatibility for road, rail and sea movements in the same frame.
Liquid line and N2 line served by ball or diaphragm valves, with dip tube, relief valve, thermometer and pressure gauge.
Ball valves in SUS304 lined with PFA; fittings in SUS304/316 lined with PFA.
Liquid connectors in 1", 1½" and 2"; N2 connectors in ½", ¾" and 1"; materials in SUS316, PCTFE or PTFE.
High-purity PTFE tube, smooth bore, full vacuum rated and rated −40 °C to 180 °C.
A 2½" relief valve set at 4.4 bar and a 2½" bursting disc at 4.84 bar, both referenced at 20 °C.

TMK lists 6,000–7,000 litres in a 10 ft frame, 10,500–13,000 litres in a standard 20 ft frame, and 13,000–22,000 litres in the taller 20 ft frame.
The PTFE hose and smooth-bore tube are designed to be cleaned with steam, caustics or solvents. Confirm compatibility for each cargo before rotating a tank.
The containers are engineered with safety features to handle both hazardous and non-hazardous liquids; the specific approval depends on the cargo and route.
Thermometer, pressure gauge, relief valve, rupture disc, manhole cover and hose box are all part of the specified accessory package.
