The problem
Above roughly 300 kg a day, back-of-house storage stops being a nuisance and becomes an operating constraint — chiller space, dock congestion, and a waste contract that is priced per lift whether the bin is full or not.
The TMK-300 and TMK-1000 take the whole day’s organic stream in one place. Both run on three-phase AC 380 V / 60 Hz and hold the same 21–24 hour cycle as the smaller cabinets, so the operating routine does not change as you scale.

The TMK-300 processes 110 tonnes a year, the TMK-1000 processes 365 tonnes. Annual tonnage is what waste contracts and sustainability reports are written in.
A 1,000 kg/day machine stands 2,033 mm tall. Decide early whether waste arrives by trolley at floor level or by bin lifter, because it changes the room you need.
TMK publishes 1,500–2,000 kWh/month for the TMK-300 and 2,000–4,000 kWh/month for the TMK-1000. Compare that against what your current haulage contract costs.
