50–110 kg per day
Cabinet-sized composters that sit in a back-of-house area and take the day’s food waste as it is produced. Single- or three-phase power, no drain connection, no external venting to a process stack.
The problem
A 60-seat restaurant or a managed residential block produces one or two bins of wet food waste a day. Storing it for a twice-weekly collection means odour, pests and a haulage invoice that rises with every landfill levy increase.
The TMK-50 and TMK-100 close that loop inside the building. Waste goes in at the end of each service, the machine runs its 21–24 hour cycle, and what comes out is a dry, stable compost at roughly a tenth of the volume that went in.

A hotel’s Saturday is not its Tuesday. Size on the heaviest 24 hours you actually produce, otherwise the cycle is still running when the next load arrives.
The TMK-50 runs on single-phase AC 220 V / 50 Hz. The TMK-100 needs three-phase AC 380 V / 60 Hz. Confirm which one your back-of-house panel can feed.
The published width, depth and height are the machine only. Plan access for loading at the hopper and for removing compost from the discharge side.
