What Happens at Each Stage
Each stage names the problem buyers actually run into and what we do about it.
Specification
Problem — Buyers arrive with a market standard written by someone else, or with none at all.
We work from your written specification covering species, product form, weight band, glazing, trimming grade and treatment. Where a field is missing we propose the grade that matches your destination market and confirm it in writing before production.
Sampling
Problem — Committing container volume to an untested pack is expensive.
Samples are available within 48 hours so the format can be checked before the order is placed.
Artwork and Packaging
Problem — Small plants cannot handle barcode and artwork changes.
We produce custom barcode and artwork for supermarket private labels, retail printed bags, IWP and IVP vacuum packs, master carton designs and bulk cartons.
Production
Problem — Brand owners lose control once production starts.
Production runs against the agreed specification with in-house QC on every batch, metal detection and microbiological control on export batches.
Inspection
Problem — A pack that is wrong on arrival is too late to fix.
Pre-shipment inspection photos and reports are sent for your approval, and third party inspection such as SGS can be arranged.
Export
Problem — Documentation delays hold containers at the port.
Health certificate, certificate of origin, EU and Russian approval documentation and the traceability report ship with the container.

How do we start
Send your written specification or tell us the market you are supplying and we will propose one. Samples follow within 48 hours.
What is the minimum order quantity
1 x 20ft FCL in total, with mixed container loading across species available.
What is the lead time
25 to 30 days after order confirmation on most species, and 20 to 35 days on seabass depending on product form.
Which documents do you issue
Health certificate, certificate of origin, EU and Russian approval documentation and the traceability report.
Can we inspect before shipment
Yes. We send pre-shipment photos and reports, and third party inspection such as SGS can be arranged.
