Zhuhai Chenghuifeng Agricultural Science and Technology Co Ltd, short name CHF Seafood, factory code 4404/02003, was established in November 2015. We are a leading aquatic processing company and a key enterprise under Comwell Group's Modern Agriculture Sector, recognised as a Guangdong Agricultural Leading Enterprise and a National High-Tech Enterprise.
Following the acquisition of North Supreme Seafood (Zhuhai) Co Ltd in the same year, our core business covers sustainable farming and processing of farm raised fish including sea bass, barramundi, tilapia, red drum fish, crisp grass carp and snakehead fish. We also specialise in value added products including sauerkraut fish, squirrel fish and kung fu fish.
Where We Are and Why It Matters
We are located in Baijiao, Doumen District, Zhuhai, the region that supplies over 80% of China's sea bass production from more than 50,000 acres of farming area with an annual output of nearly 160,000 MT. The brackish water formed by the Pearl River system meeting the South China Sea, at an average annual temperature of 22 C, sits inside the optimal 22 to 28 C growth window for Asian seabass. Live fish reach our line within 10 to 30 hours of leaving the pond.

Liquid Nitrogen Flash Freezing at -196 C
Liquid nitrogen is an ultra low temperature refrigerant reaching -196 C. When it vaporises on contact with food it removes heat far faster than conventional freezing, so real rapid freezing completes in 5 to 30 minutes.
That speed matters because it forms evenly distributed fine crystals inside the flesh instead of large ones. Large crystals rupture cell structure, which is why slowly frozen fish arrives soft and watery after thawing. With liquid nitrogen freezing the product keeps its original colour, aroma and taste after thawing, and the process also has a sterilising effect.
