Plant Registration
Problem — Suppliers claim market access they do not hold.
Our establishment number is 4404/02003. It is an EU approved plant and we are registered with the Russian veterinary authority and with the FDA for United States export.
Farm Registration
Problem — Traceability breaks at the pond.
We operate 1,000 acre self owned fish farms, all registered with China Customs to ensure full traceability from farming to export.
Residue Control
Problem — A single residue detection can trigger an FDA Import Alert.
We review feed records and medication logs before fish enter the line, and routine testing includes microbiological analysis and veterinary drug residue testing.
Batch Testing
Problem — Certification without batch level evidence is not evidence.
In-house QC inspects every production batch, with metal detection and microbiological control on export batches.
Third Party Verification
Problem — Buyers need independent confirmation.
Third party inspection such as SGS can be arranged before shipment, with photos and reports issued for approval.
Documentation
Problem — Paperwork gaps stop containers at the port.
Health certificate, certificate of origin, EU and Russian approval documentation and traceability reports accompany each shipment.

How do we start

What is the minimum order quantity
1 x 20ft FCL in total, with mixed container loading across species available.
What is the lead time
25 to 30 days after order confirmation on most species, and 20 to 35 days on seabass depending on product form.
Which documents do you issue
Health certificate, certificate of origin, EU and Russian approval documentation and the traceability report.
Can we inspect before shipment
Yes. We send pre-shipment photos and reports, and third party inspection such as SGS can be arranged.
