Approvals Held by the Factory
Our approvals cover the European Union, the United States and Russia from a single establishment number, which is what allows a buyer to run several destination markets from one supplier and one set of export documents.
If you need copies of specific certificates for a customer audit or a retail listing application, request them through WhatsApp or email and we will send the current versions.
Where Control Points Sit in the Line
Every stage below is a control point. A lapse at any one of them shows up later as texture loss, colour loss, a residue detection or a rejected shipment.

What You See Before the Container Ships
Inspection Photos
Photographs of the packed product, the carton markings and the loading, sent for your written approval before the container is sealed.
Inspection Reports
Written reports from our in-house QC team covering the batch, and from a third party inspector such as SGS when you request one.
Export Documents
Health certificate, certificate of origin, EU and Russian approval documentation and the traceability report for the batch.
