Carbide Sleeves
Large carbide sleeves with drilled hole patterns including 176 hole and 82 hole designs
Product DetailFrom a drawing a sketch or a worn sample we agree the geometry the grade and the finishing route before any material is pressed.
Send the drawing or photos of the worn part with measured dimensions on WhatsApp or by email. We confirm what is manufacturable in carbide and what should stay in steel.
Our engineers propose a grade direction based on whether the part is loaded mainly by abrasion or mainly by impact. Nothing is committed until you agree the direction.
Where you do not have a drawing we prepare one from your sample and dimensions and send it for approval. Production does not start from photos alone.
Powder is milled spray dried and pressed to the blank shape. Pressing tooling requirements are discussed openly when they affect the order size.
Blanks are densified by Sinter-HIP so residual porosity is reduced before machining.
Grinding EDM and lapping bring the part to the approved drawing including bores keyways hole patterns and sealing faces.
Dimensional checks are made before packing. Critical dimensions are agreed on the drawing so both sides measure the same thing.
Parts are packed for export by air or sea with edge and face protection where the geometry needs it.
